We will provide a delivery quote for our wedding cakes and larger orders. This includes travel and set-up time and requires that a contract be signed by both parties.
Earlier is always better, since custom orders are subject to availability. We accept a limited number of orders each weekend to ensure that we can devote the time and care necessary to make sure that each cake meets our standards. We suggest ordering at least 8-10 days in advance, but we always do our best to accommodate last minute requests!
All requests for cancellations or modifications to pickup dates must be made a minimum of three days prior to your scheduled pickup date. For any orders eligible for a refund, the refund will be minus the processing fee assessed.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, Bestow Baked Goods does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing email@example.com WITHIN 2 DAYS of the date you picked up your order. Provide the following information: order number, photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your Bestow Baked Goods experience. Circumstance pending, Bestow Baked Goods will issue a credit or re-order. For orders placed through our website, any refund will be minus the Square processing fee originally paid when placing the order.
